Earlier this month it was brought to the attention of the MUD 365 Board that water bills have not reflected the October 1 reduction of the NHCRWA pumpage fee. The process flaw has been identified and mitigated, to prevent future errors. At the District Business Meeting on February 15, the Board voted to approve account credits for any billing overages, which will be reflected as a credit on residents’ next bill.
