The District assesses ad valorem taxes on all property within the District in order to pay its debt obligations and to continue to operate and maintain the District’s water and sewer systems and other district amenities. The Board of Directors is committed to assessing only the taxes needed to meet its obligations.

Pursuant to Section 182.051, Texas Utilities Code, a customer’s personal, utility usage, and billing information is confidential and may not be disclosed by the District to third parties unless a written request for disclosure is submitted by the customer.
