MUD365 has been made aware of a billing error with regard to the NHCRWA fee, resulting in residents being charged an incorrect rate for the past few months.
The NHCRWA decreased its rate on 10/1/23 to $3.60 per 1,000 gallons, yet the old rate of $4.10 per 1,000 gallons was still being applied.
We are currently investigating the number of accounts affected, how this oversight occurred, and are exploring solutions and measures to ensure this doesn’t happen again. The findings and potential corrective measures will be discussed, and action will be taken as needed at next month’s business meeting.
