At the February business meeting, the board approved the following tax exemptions for qualified MUD 365 residences:

New for 2024: General Residence Homestead Exemption

This exemption may reduce by 5% the taxable value used in the primary residence tax bill calculation.

Continuation Of The Over-65/Disabled Homestead Exemption

This exemption may lower by $20,000 the primary taxable value of eligible residences.

Residences eligible for both: the General Residence Homestead exemption will be applied first, followed by The Over 65/Disabled exemption.
