Once a year, MUD boards, together with their operational, financial, and legal advisors, determine a budget then vote on a new tax rate. This rate is based on a combination of the following fiscal year’s operating expenses and debt fund. This year, the new tax rate for MUD 365 has been set at 0.3825%.
